BUT FIRST: A SEQUEL TO A HOME MOVIE. Two weeks ago, I reviewed a friend’s home-movie, WORSHIP, and interviewed its champion-cocksucker star and maker, Adam. CYBER GAMES (FalconStudios.Com) An artistic exploration of fantastic-looking twinks having athletic sex, made new and strange again by solarization (but plenty of golden young flesh), split-screen (but always focused on erotic action), varied image-proportions (but never the models’), carefully-alternated musical styles on the soundtrack (but on the-spot heavy breathing, too), the latest technology (but good old-fashioned dildos, as well), and eerie hints of electronic voyeurism (besides your erection with the remote in your other hand to freeze frames, I mean). Certainly not one of twink-master Afton Nills’ pastel idylls of soft boys in big beds is INTERROGATION (1Media.Com). Here, his lanky fauns are in the “hard” environment of a garage-looking sex-den. Four scenes range from just fun through date-rape through discipline-lite to scary dark bondage and a quick, acrobatic rim-job for dessert. The date-rape and scary-bondage segments give Nills’ stable of darlings a chance to show that all that camera experience they’ve had has taught them to act! Well-produced and lighthearted is Rob Greco’s BLING (RealUrbanMen.Com). “Bling” is, we are told, a hot rap foursome about to hit Madison Square Garden. Built and handsome David’s security firm is hired to bodyguard them. However, their welfare excites David less than a video of a woman to which he masturbates, flashing plenty of furry crack. In bed, two Bling members wake. “We have sound-check,” says one. But the other has in his white boxers a major morning-boner on which the other heroically sits and rides. These stars aren’t used to being bored. Forced to wait for his limo, Blinger Kapone seeks entertainment in the well-packed pants of a mountainous dark employee, Suicide, leaving Kapone’s beard dripping. Blinger Shawty prolongs a photo-shoot to shoot spooge with the photographer, Mr. Virgo. A BOY’S DREAM (HydeParkProductions.Com) is long, slick, and pretty like a twink’s tool. And I know because I just saw six twinks’ tools in close-up in perfect working order. Twink tools alone are beautiful enough, but when they’re on long, lean lads whom you house in a hillside mansion by the sea and videograph like flowing pink pudding, my goodness they look good. In serious softcore BANGKOK LOVE STORY (TLAReleasing.Com), Bangkok turns out to look a lot like New Orleans (before). Here, amidst poverty and power, there takes place a stirring, saddening, elevating story which Warner Brothers might have made in the 1930s. A hired killer who shoots designated victims in the streets is moved to save one victim. The victim saves him. They fall in love. How to get away together, out of their horrible lives? The past entangles them like seaweed. It might have starred Humphrey Bogart and Claire Trevor—or Humphrey Bogart and John Garfield. Scary softcore SUMMER SCARS (TLAReleasing.Com) is a well-paced, somewhat scary feature. The Welsh movie has graffiti credits. I guess its like that over there, too. Boys with patterns cut into their cropped hair and boys with Beatles cuts (and the token girl) meet a shabby stranger who becomes their entertainer, their protector, their enabler in dangerous games, and then their persecutor. The nearest thing to gay interest is a scene where a boy is forced to lower his pants as humiliation, but the movie has grim intensity to recommend it. Silly, funny, softcore if you don’t count graphic murders. BOYSTOWN (TLAReleasing.Com) is a suddenly gay quarter of Madrid, going so upscale that ambitious realtor Victor kills crones to get their apartments on his list. Billy Wilder might have made this. One victim, the neighbor of bear-ish, bickering couple Rey and Leo, leaves them her flat. Rey gives it to his bitch mother, and… The settings are wonderful, and everyone, including minor characters, is just awful (especially mothers) and just right (Rey and Leo babble X-Men trivia).
