Each year something interesting happens on Idol, and it just can't be ignored. This year, it wasn't the fact that David Hernandez strips at gay night clubs. The producers didn't care and neither did the fans. He rocked on and made it to the Top 10. Now, he's auditioning in New York for "Rent". Good for you, David!

This year, David Cook is surprising us with incredible, sultry music. Okay, he's cute and adorable. Yeah, I wish he was gay - but I don't care if he is or is not. He's got star potential. If you read the Idol blog, he gets comments from teenage girls and baby-boomers in their late 40's and 50's offering up their daughters to him! His recent performance of Billy Jean was pure genius.
