Markwolff.com is hot, muscled and erotic. Ripped bods flex and pose. These guys are gorgeous from head to toe - AND inbetween. He has held many titles in body-building, but never rested on his laurels and got his degree in marketing. Discipline is the key when you want to maintain muscle like that - and he focuses on lean protein with moderate carbs. (I'll stick with bread and pasta and be a few pounds over-weight, thank you very much - but kudos to you Mark!)
